Issue A: In his "MidEast Plan" (June 24, 2002) President Bush outlined the basic conditions required for creating a Palestinian state, which included the "Complete dismantling of terrorist organizations". Should the U.S. urge Israel's "Disengagement", implementing a Palestinian state, in spite of the fact that this condition has not been met? What's your opinion?
