Joining a Session
PC Users:
1) Launch Internet Explorer (IE)
2) Turn on your speakers and follow the 3 steps at your right, under "How to Join." If you hear nothing, make sure you have Windows Media player installed.
Mac Users:
Click Here for the Flip4Mac WMV player. Then, during a session, launch the WMV player or Click Here. Click the "Play" arrow icon on your WMV player. Folow Step 2 above.
You will hear the session once it begins. Follow any on-screen directions from the moderator. If first attempt fails, raise your PC's "Device" volume and "Speaker" volume under "Control Panels." Please try logging in again.
