God’s Revelation at Mt. Sinai: One Plan for Mankind

The greatest event ever witnessed, forces one conclusion. Please read the full intro below.

EVIDENCE EXISTS for only one event of God revealing His religion to man. This event forms the mission of Mesora.org and the Jewishtimes magazine.

All other religions claim divine origin, yet they all lack validation. This explains their requirement of “blind faith,” which is absent in Judaism: the only religion offering proof. Exactly 3333 years ago upon Mt. Sinai, God gave mankind His Torah (Bible): the only time God communicated a religion to man. Masses witnessed this event, which is the only validation of any historical claim, and why the major religions incorporated Torah into their own religions; they did so to obtain validation, but that attempt is transparent and their religions are false. Their reformulation of Torah into new religions violates God's words not to alter Torah: “Be careful to observe only that which I command upon you: neither add to it nor detract from it” (Deut. 13:1).

Mesora’s mission is to share God’s only religion with all who seek it. As every human descends from that first couple, all humans are equals. Jews boasting “Jewish Superiority” and those who discriminate against any race violate Torah and reason (2018 editorial denouncing racism).
Nearing a quarter century, Mesora has helped countless others study Torah and realize God’s will for us all, sharing the beauty of Biblical wisdom...see our readers
Letters. Search our 1000s of original philosophy and Torah essays, publications and audio, and write us with your questions. God determined the Jew’s role is to share Torah’s history, wisdom, laws and moral code with all mankind. As God created all mankind, He loves each person equally. As science has defined laws, God’s will for man also has defined laws and principles, and they delight the soul. The greatest minds spent their lives studying God through Torah and science, as they found nothing that compared to its enjoyment. Let us humble ourselves before Moses, Kings David and Solomon, Maimonides, Aristotle, Newton and Einstein who taught that a life of wisdom is the most fulfilling life. We too can partake of this pleasurable existence.

Return often to enjoy upcoming Jewishtimes issues and new essays addressing these topics: What is God? Is God Just? Why god made man, Happiness, What happens when we die, The Afterlife, Mazzikim, Devil, Satan, Segulot, Superstition, Astrology and more.

FUNDAMENTALS

CONTENT

KINDNESS

As equals, all humans must fully treat others as we wish to be treated. Charity, kindness and justice demand we rise above personal or selfish emotions and recognize that God made others as He made ourselves. Doing so creates harmony, and earns His kindness to us.

RACISM: A LIE

Man descends from Adam. Black/white twins unveil the lie of racism. Bible denounces it: Moses’ wife was black, our kings married Egyptians and Messiah descends from Moab. “Better is the day of death than the day of birth” (Eccl. 7:1). Birth doesn’t define us,  how we live does.

INSECURITY

Man is greatly insecure, but reality is greater. Man seeks security about his future accepting fallacies like astrology, amulets, omens, horoscopes and others. God prohibited such practices precisely because they are false. God is more powerful than false notions. Rely on Him alone.

HAPPINESS

Many think wealth and success secure happiness, but Torah teaches that it stems from study. When pursuing wisdom, one is most happy. The cherubs (childlike figurines) over the Ark (containing Torah) teach that Torah offers childlike amazement at every turn.

PLEASING OTHERS

Don’t seek approval over truth. Torah says, “What can man do to me?” (Psalms 56:5). “Don't fear man” (Deut. 1:17). “Desist from man whose soul is in his nostrils, for what is he considered?” (Isaiah 2:22). Mortal attention is irrelevant. Following God earns all goodness.

CHARACTER

PERFECTION

“Perfection” refers to one whose values and actions comply with Torah personalities and LAWs: the most pleasant life.
